What We Do:
Dr. Peggy Gleason works with you on helping you (and your other health care team members, if desired) to find causes and improve or heal (if possible) your chronic health conditions.
You always stay in control and have the last say.
We guide, educate and consult with you and offer opinions and recommendations that are the result of our long-term experience and knowledge and current science.
We will help you manage your health and healthcare team as well give instructional, content, dietary or supplement recommendations that have proven useful in past clients and/or are evidence-based. We sort through the infinite noise of conflicting information "out there" and help you decide what to apply to your life.
Our services are offered online or in-person.
What We Don't Do:
We don't tell you what to do.
We suggest and recommend.
You are responsible for all aspects of your body, mind and spirit and your success will be through your application of our recommendations and your own insights.
We don't heal you or any diseases.
We leave the healing to the spiritual source and the innate intelligence of your body.
We can guide you to a place where healing can and will take place as well as recommend and help you connect with the resources you need to heal.
We don't promise you miracle cures.
These don't exist.
We believe that miracles can happen, they usually require a lot of work!
Our services are offered online or in-person.
FAQ: About Dr. Peggy Gleason and Her Practice
Q: Why do you use the title “Dr.” Peggy, even though you’re not a licensed MD or ND?
A: Great question!
Dr. Peggy Gleason holds a Doctorate in Natural Health and has spent over four decades in healthcare, including many years as a Critical Care Registered Nurse.
Her “Dr.” title reflects her academic achievement in the field of Natural Health, not a license to practice medicine.
She is also a Certified Integrative Health Coach, Psychology of Eating Coach, and Life Coach—offering a deeply holistic, behavioral, and lifestyle-based approach to wellness.
If you'd rather call her Peggy, she’ll gladly answer.
Most of her clients know her simply as Dr. Peggy or Coach Peggy
Q: Does Dr. Peggy order or perform lab testing?
A: Dr. Peggy does not perform or directly order lab tests. However, she often recommends specific functional or
wellness-based tests that can provide insight into your health.
She’ll help you access these through third-party providers and interpret the results in a way that’s easy to understand, so you can take meaningful action in collaboration with your primary healthcare team.
Q: Does Dr. Peggy do physical exams or diagnose medical conditions?
A: No, Dr. Peggy does not provide medical exams, diagnoses, or treatments. Instead, she focuses on coaching,
education, and lifestyle strategies. She works from a wellness model, not a disease model, and helps you identify
and address the root causes of struggles like emotional eating, poor sleep, low energy, or chronic stress.
